Refund policy

At Abracadabra Jewelry, our goal is to get you into jewelry that you will wear and love, and we understand that sometimes a piece just isn’t quite right! If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on new items for 30 days after the date of receipt. For estate items, we accept returns for 10 days after the date of receipt. Exchanges and returns are not available for special orders and custom pieces.

Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect the item(s) for wear or damage. Noticeable wear or damage may reduce the amount of store credit. If the item is still “like new”, you will receive store credit in the full amount. This credit never expires and can be used toward any of our services! 

Returns requesting a cash refund (including local returns) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The same rules regarding wear or damage also apply in this case.

In cases where an item must be shipped to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please pack carefully (using the original packaging whenever possible) to assure that the item will be returned safely and to avoid reductions in return credit due to damage. Abracadabra Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
