This mokume gane ring is crafted from platinum and 24K yellow gold, and adorned with a unique 14k yellow gold cross at the seam. Mokume gane is a traditional Japanese metalworking technique from the 17th century that consists of two or more precious metals that have been folded together to create a wood grain effect. Handmade by us in our Ann Arbor, Michigan-based studio.

These pieces were designed and crafted by our founder Steven Lesse and the bench jewelers at our studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We use eco-metals and ethically sourced stones in all of our pieces, and we also do custom work (see our portfolio of one-of-a-kind custom projects here).
