This solitaire mounting, crafted in palladium and inlaid with meteorite, is topped with sturdy 14K white gold prongs ready to be set with your center stone of choice. Handmade by award-winning artist Chris Ploof in his Massachusetts-based studio.
The meteorite used in Chris Ploof designs are sourced exclusively from Namibia's Gibeon Meteorite, which flamed into our atmosphere some 30,000 years ago. The metal of the meteorite is estimated to be about four and a half billion years old, and is one of today's rare commodities. Due to its nickel content, Gibeon Meteorite is naturally resistant to stain and rust.
