Natalie Maria La Bruzzy is the newest bench jeweler at Abracadabra and began February 2018. She started making jewelry while attending Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, and her inspiring experiences there sparked her passion for all things metals. She is a recent graduate from Wayne State University, located in Detroit, and received her Bachelor in Fine Arts concentrating in Metalsmithing & Sculpture in December of 2017. She is interested in a large variety of metalsmithing techniques from small scale fine jewelry to large scale bronze sculpture. Whether it is through texture, color or concept, she appreciates quality craftsmanship and stark contrast in jewelry. An avid traveler, Natalie enjoys hiking, animals, music, and movies. She is continuously learning new techniques, materials and observing trends to better her overall skill set as a metalsmith and jeweler.
